    I had the Zen Wrap. It was big and good.

    This location is not one that I will return to. The last two times that I have been my bowl has been filled to about half. When I asked if they had changed the portion sizes and explained to the employee that I was asking because the used to fill it to the top the employee simply said no and walked away. I would recommend driving a little farther and go to another Freshii location in Waterloo. The staff are friendly but do not attempt to get the orders done quickly for waiting customers as I had to wait 10 mintutes and 2 customers were a head of me.

    They charge extra for premium toppings and didnt include it in my bowl and this has been my experience here more than twice. I wouldn’t recommended this location.

    Excellent food. Huge portions! Restaurant is a bit cold to eat in, but the food is worth it.
