  These guys are amazing. They are very responsive, there are no hidden costs, everything was returned intact, boxes and materials both were delivered on time even during the most busy times of the year.

  There's so many storage companies that are cheaper and nicer. They won't take responsibility for anything and continuously blames me and nonexistent defects. My luggage was broken and very dusty in the front too (the side that's supposd to be standing up and not touching the ground) and I just truly hope no one goes through the trouble I've gone through.

  Being a customer of You Pack We Store was an extremely pleasant experience. They took great care of my items and were very helpful answering any of the questions I had. Items were delivered exactly when I was told I would receive them, and they also took great care of them. I will have no issues letting this company handle my valuables as they clearly make it a priority to treat the items they receive like they are their own. On top of the affordable rates, the customer service was excellent. I recieved quick replies and clear explanations of the associated costs. No hidden fees! Will definitely be storing with them again next term!

  First, they handled one of my luggage so poorly that there was a cut through the fabric of my luggage (and suggested that my luggage was of bad material and could have be cut due to friction). However, not only was the outside cut, my air-sealed bedding covers inside were also cut, so there's also a hole in the plastic cover (wow, friction sure is impressive!). They also lied about putting the damage luggage in a safe box, as it was delivered not in another box and I was not informed that it was damaged.

  Secondly, the also handled my other luggage without care, so that one of the screws for my luggage wheel had broken off, essentially making my luggage useless. Then they insisted and consistently blamed the manufacturing company and defects on my fairly new luggage instead of accepting responsibility cause wheels and screws of my luggage does apparently not count as part of my luggage. They also emphasized that other screws were loose, although it's weird all the screws would suddenly come loose without falling out.
