  It is never easy to have to go to a visitation or funeral of a friend, colleague, family member or loved one. At Erb & Good Funeral Home, the staff is so incredibly welcoming, understanding the uniqueness of every situation surrounding the loss of each life and sensitive to the diversity of how people handle grief. Over the years living in the K-W community, I have attended many services at various funeral homes. Somehow, I always feel good about having taken the time to pay my respects during a service or visitation held at Erb & Good.   Erb & Good was wonderful and sensitive when our family was in a difficult time. They were professional and respectful. We could not have asked for better people to take care of us. On top of that, when the cremation jewellery I ordered had a defect, Mark took care of contacting the dealer and having it replaced on my behalf.

  When Mom passed away they were very helpful in getting the information into the three areas she had spent most of her life living, raising a family and working. That’s why I prepaid my eventual passing when I had the funds to do so. My offspring need never worry about such things. I prefer them to live life to the fullest.

  We can't thank Erb and Good enough for the wonderful care to detail for our father's funeral arrangements. Greg was incredibly helpful with our wishes. We have experienced their great work over many years with family and friends. Thank you for helping us with this difficult time in our lives.
