  There are 4 people working the jewelry counter, with no customers.. but only 1 women who can take links out of watches. So she went for lunch, place closes down. 4 other employees still stand around. Now circle back after half an hr to a 4 person line up. How about train some of the other 4 people who really wanted to help but couldn't? Just a thought.

  There was terrible miss communication and technical problems today with the hudsons bay call centre and the hudsons bay credit card company. I was there for 2 hours. Susan and the manager at the watches and jewelry section was very empathetic and took initiative to escalate the issue, and Susan said she was going to follow through with a complaint towards those parties. Very long day, but very good customer service at this location.

  Great selection of items but sometimes really expensive like the bedding. Need to watch for deals. Hard to find staff to help out in such a big store.
