  I don't live in Waterloo but my son attends University there and needed to get work done on his vehicle. It was very rushed what needed to be done and the only day I could come there was a Saturday. I did not have a prior appointment at all.

  My wife and I just recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Parkway Ford In Waterloo. We dealt with Amy Powers for the trade in of our Enclave and the purchase of our new vehicle. There was never any pressure through the whole process of buying or the trade in. Amy made the whole deal work smoothly and went over the top to make sure we were happy. Amy was very knowledgeable on the Lincoln MKX features and options. She set up my phone for the Lincoln APP , made sure we were comfortable with everything, explained every option to us. It was worth the drive from Guelph. I would highly recommend Amy for your next purchase of a Vehicle for sure. Thank you Amy & Parkway Ford for the excellent customer service we received.

  I came in for an oil change, knowing that my coolant level was really low and needed to be topped up. I forgot to mention it when dropping my car off, but coolant check and top up are suppose to be included with the oil change. I picked up my car, and the vehicle "Report Card" that they gave me after the oil change specifies that they did a visual fluid check on my coolant and that it passed, so I didn't think twice. However, I came home later that day and checked myself, and the coolant was untouched and still very low. This makes me question if they actually inspect everything they say they do. The reason I go to a legitimate Ford dealer for oil changes is to not have to worry about questioning what is told to me by a mechanic.
