    Good location, clean store and good selection. Parking lot can be busy but they are open late.

    You need to teach the lady that has the early morning shift how to greet and treat your customer. To much attitude. Unpleasant and rude. And this is not the 1st or second time. Give the job to someone nice and kind.

    Love love !ove .this store. Fresh produce staff so helpful and always ready to upgrade their products. Meats are the best and the butcher is great at cutting just what I want. After years of using the competition due to close proximity and big name left due to totally poor service and apathy towards produce.

    I love going to this Sobeys! The ladies who work the morning shift are so friendly, especially Joyce! The staff are overall very helpful! Even if I were to move away from this part of Waterloo I'd still make a trip to this location.
