  Gave Steven my phone on a Tuesday for repair (under warranty), and it was finished on Friday of that same week ready for pickup. Went today (Saturday) and had a very helpful rep named Nat (?) who was very helpful and kind. She made sure the phone was working and that we got help with everything we needed. Very friendly.

  Virgin mobile as a company has been nothing but good to me, however, this store is run by scammers. If you’re looking for a good deal and helpful employees, this location is not the one for you.

  We we're completely bait and switched. We ordered a phone and were told the phone would cost $199. But when the phone finally showed up a week later, we were told the "prices increased" and now the phone would cost $650.
