  great products and services. I really needed some products, two girls there helped me for quite a while even after their store hours, sincerely appreciate that and I got exactly what I want

  First off there was an employee sitting on the counter while the other employee (who didn't make eye contact with me) rung me out. Second of all is there no dress code for your store? One of the employees (who didn't make eye contact or smile) looked like she had rolled out of bed and had drawn on her eyebrows with a brown sharpie! I realize that your store is a beauty supplier but your employees should not be wearing the entire stores collection of makeup on their faces. My boyfriend even commented on the amount of makeup and the presentation of herself. As a personal of the beauty industry I believe that if you are working in the industry you should look professional no matter what the job is. I also asked a question at the beginning of my visit to the store and the employee (who was sitting on the counter) didn't even move from her slouching position at this point to help me look for what I had asked about. I am strongly displeased with the customer service your employees showed

  I wish the customer service was better. Asked if they have a product. Said they don't, although I saw it on the shelf. Cashier looks miserable. Supplies are mediocre

  I have always loved going to Sally's, but I'll have to go to another location... Not great product knowledge here.
