  Good prices on all shoes.. comparable to other stores. Bought a few pairs here over afew months. A negative comment though was staff knowledge. I was intending on buying new style of Doc Martens slip on boot.. cool black canvas.. never seen them before. I asked for my size in women's and was told they only went up to a smaller size and id need to try mens. Mens style didn't have the same boot so i ended up feeling let down but bought a pair of black converse anyhow. I find out when i get home and i look on the Doc Martens website that the sizes are in U.K and they DID have my size. BUMMER. had the sales chick paid attention to the fact its in UK sizing i would've been happy, spent twice the amount on those instead of the chuck taylors i bought instead. I would think working in a shoe store would mean staff are able to tell apart different countries sizing. And/or ask themselves if it makes sense they didn't go up to 'my size' which is only a 10 womens.

  Great styles at competitive prices; but, what really stood out to me about this store is the customer service. Marcelo was amazing. I had a problem with my shoes that involved a defect but I didn't have my receipt. He went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved and I was extremely satisfied with the result and the way I was treated. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. I will definitely be purchasing from this store again!
