  The drive thru was extremely slow at 9pm which should not be a busy time of the night. There were three cars ahead of ours. I decided to time how long it too the car in front of us to go through. 2 minutes 54 seconds. Which is really long.

  I love taco bell more than any other fastfood restaurant chain and it breaks my heart that this is the only one (besides conestoga mall) in Waterloo.

  But in that moment, when I do go to taco bell and it just happens to be that 1/5 time. I enjoy it so much i have to keep chasing the rush.

  Very poor customer service during my drive through experience. Employee was rude over the phone as my friend and I weren’t “quick enough” making our order. Then when we pulled up to the window to pay, the employee did not attend to us for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgements or updates on our meal despite there only being ONE other car behind us, indicting their disregard to our order was not due to a large line or a busy restaurant. Overall, we felt unsatisfied with the subpar customer service at the tacobell drive through on Weber st. Waterloo.

  Took our order wrong; crunchwraps were paper thin with barely any meat. Nachos were made terribly with very little toppings. The double meat quesadillas didn't even have enough to satisfy a "normal" amount of meat. Terrible management despite it being no rush. Do not go here unless you want your taco bell experience ruined. Staff are nice but that doesn't excuse the had food.

  This place can be a madhouse disaster depending upon the time of day. Sometimes it is good though. Other times it sucks whatta you going to do though. It is one of three taco bells in town.

  Despite the constant disappointment I keep bringing myself back thinking to myself "this will be the time one of them gets it right, and actually put things in the taco shell". Yet 4/5 times I am left completley disappointed.
