  When my son received a concussion from playing hockey we were recommend to Depth Training. They were able to see my son the next day after contacting them. He received assessment and treatment from Andrew Howie and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Andrew explained every step of the assessment and guided myself and my son though every step of the process and got him back on the ice with no symptoms. Andrew was extremely positive and motivational to my son during every session. I have recommended Andrew to every parent on my son's team!

  Attila Bajus was so easy to work with, he was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I feel that between Attila and Heather, I am back to working out pain free.   I had the pleasure to work with Andrew in the mid-stage of my ACL rehabilitation. Not only was he very helpful in re-building my confidence in my knee, but sometimes it seemed like he cared more about regaining the strength in my knee more than I did! Although, countless physiotherapy sessions can leave a dent in your wallet, I feel as if Depth Physio is an investment worth making.

  I cannot say enough good things about DEPTH. Mike is a top notch physiotherapist who was able to assist in treating my ankle issue. He addressed my injury with a targeted approach and I was back on the soccer field within a few weeks. I would recommend DEPTH to anyone with any sports injury.

  Depth is a great place to go. Mike assessed my injury quickly and had me back into my full sports and workout routine after just a few visits. The facility on Conestogo Rd has everything you could need and the staff were always friendly. I won't hesitate to book again.
