  Service was impeccable! Clarissa (close to that, I can't remember) was kind, helpful, understanding and very warm. She dealt with out rooms lack of remote and cleanliness in a very professional way. Location of hotel is right near Laurier university. Lots of restaurants and bars. Room was decent.

  Great room, clean and plenty of space. Coffee is good, but i would have preferred to have milk pods as opposed to packets of creamer. The concierge is friendly and there is a restaurant on site for meals. Overall, a pleasant stay. Pet friendly which is a great plus, as we travelled with our dog.

  Great big clean rooms. Arrived really late at night but the concierge was very nice. Room was upstairs. The always available coffee is a nice addition. Hotel is located on a main street and as a result a lot of places are at a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, good cheap place to stay for a few nights

  Staff is friendly. Front desk lady was lovely. Boyfriend was here for a couple weeks over a few months time for work so I'd stay over a couple nights to visit. Breakfast is really, really great. However, always had some sketchy neighbors who always had "new bikes" in and around their rooms... Each night I had stayed on ground level, always noticed a shady gentleman trying to pull open doors leading to outside. One had pulled the door open one morning after my boyfriend left for work while I was lying in bed on my phone! Never felt all that safe while I was there. Unfortunately, the shady neighbors really clouded my experience here.
