  Went to Slots to do my laundry. Waited until the washing cycle was over and tried to remove my laundry from the machine. The entire load got locked in and the door would not open to access it. Called the help number and they told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to pay another $5 and wait another 30 mins until it went through the entire cycle again. Before, the previous owners would come in to access the machine whenever something like this occurred, and would offer to pay for your drying too. Now the new owners don't care about their customers at all and "there is nothing they can do". Terrible place - once a frequent customer, now won't ever be returning.

  Mixed old and upgraded equipment. Visited only once found no problem.

  It had a washroom. Two carts with laundry baskets. A sink as well. Prices were okay and strength of dryers was okay too.

  Expensive but ok environment. Never realized though that laundromat are also places to sleep with pets.
