  The people are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Make & Takes are great for the kids but also gives me more confidence with tools. It's great they have workshops too.

  Came to this Home Depot in a time crunch to purchase some light dimmers. I ran back to the lighting department where I found Shelley who helped me pick out various dimmers and wall plates. I came in clueless and with very limited information and Shelley was nothing but patient and helpful with me. She totally went above and beyond! Wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Shelley!

  Very rude customer service. My friend and I were followed around the store by two staff members the entire time. They were not trying to help us. They were just monitoring everything we did. We literally walked in several circles and they followed right behind us the entire time. It was quite unpleasant and disconcerting. I used to love Home Depot, but I have to say that I will NOT be shopping here any longer.

  Young kid working there was very polite, totally wrong but polite. Tried to send me to the next aisle for an item that was 3 meters further down the same aisle I was in!
