  Great stock, and products, however, customer service is a bit lacking. They managed to mishandle an online order so badly I had to cancel it on principle. I order 135 items; get an email the next day at noon (12:48) saying my order is "ready and waiting". Seems a bit fast, but hey, ready is ready. I show up at 5:30pm. 1 piece out of 135 is "ready and waiting". The rest is still on shelf. I'm told I'll need to "wait a while". I ask if I can return to pick the completed order up in 2-3 hours. Customer Service say "yes, absolutely. Thanks for your understanding". I show up 2-3 hours later as promised.... And what do i arrive to find? Not only is my order still not ready, they've managed to lose it in their ordering system. On duty store manager offers me free shipping as an apology after agreeing that the situation was ridiculous, but I have to refuse due to the hassle and multiple trips I've gone through. Yes... I'm out my order, which sucks for me... But we all have our limits.

  Worst excuse for a lumber yard. Poor customer service. Most contractors think they are a joke anyways.

  Normally love this store but customer service is definitely gotta worse. Spent 15 mins by the paint counter waiting for service only to eventually leave after asking the service desk to page someone only to continue waiting. Could use some better service.

  Was told a 30 day wait for a common item needed to facilitate a door installation. A door sold at Lowe's. No product support!

  The lady with glasses in paint section was extremely rude. I needed help with paint & she was not helping me so I left Lowes & purchased my paint from Home Depot. They need customer service skills.

  Just recently had an issue with the $ total on our purchase receipt relating to a "No sales tax day" adjustment to our purchase. Spoke with Savi and Rita about our concern and adjustment to our invoice was made. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOWE'S, THANK YOU
