  I’ve had my membership here for one year this past January. In December, I went into my location to cancel my membership. The employee told me that my membership was ending in January but I could choose to pay the cancellation fee if I wanted to, but I said no. It’s February 23rd and I am still getting charged. When I called, the employee told me it’s in their “policy and terms” that they charge your card until you cancel and then they still charge you for the next 30 days. I asked for my money back and she told me no. They claim that your membership is over but still charge you.. in what world does that mean the membership is over? You have to have 4 IQ points to come up with a policy like that. The customer service is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

  Clean, well maintained, not too many people. This is a better location than the ones I have been to in Toronto. Only one squat rack though, so I had to wait for that. Overall very good value for money.

  Excellent no-frills gym. Early morning's are a great time to get in and bang out your workout with weights. I've never had to wait for cardio equipment.
