  Good prices on higher performance computers/laptops and good selection of computer/audio accessories. But if that’s all I was after I’d have just used Amazon. I was also after good service, and I didn’t find that. If you’re not tech savvy or well knowledgeable in the computer realm, it seems like the staff don’t care so much.

  I spoke to four different people to get a response to a simple question (more if I include the telephone conversations). Their indifference left me feeling upset and frustrated.

  I went to buy a computer but was treated like garbage. I’m not sure if it’s because I was a woman but the men in there were absolutely treated great. I got an opened computer which I wasn’t told nor did the CS rep put it on the receipt. Then when I asked about it at the returns the girl was just going to write it down on the receipt. I had to ask for an unopened box which surprisingly they had. I’m still deciding whether or not they deserve my money. Will never again go to this place and will tell people to avoid it at all costs

  I chose to try CC because they have excellent ratings. Unfortunately, my experience was inhumane. I value human touches such as employees who care, who are helpful, and who look at you when they're speaking.

  Parking is always a nightmare. We see people get parked-in nearly every time we visit, because there aren't enough spots. The hobby store next door has a chunk of the spots reserved despite CC having far more foot traffic. Inside, the place is dirty, messy, and old and run-down looking. It looks the same as any crummy hole-in-the-wall local PC repair shop. We frequently travel more than an hour away, so that we can go to one of the nicer, newer stores, which are also larger and have a MUCH better selection.

  A great store in terms of selection and price. It's where I buy all of my tech related items and have for years. Everything from audio cables to computer components. Just don't expect a lot of help from a generally flippant staff.

  I'd love to be able to upgrade my review. We need great local companies. Hopefully, this review is seen as an opportunity to review customer service standards so that all customers leave the store feeling satisfied.

  For a region that's known as a tech hub, we definitely deserve better than what Canada Computers is offering.
