  The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a lovely experience buying a few items on boxing day. Even though they were extremely busy, I was still asked if I needed help when browsing several times! Impressive! I also got my new phone here and was very happy with that whole experience. They offer a great screen protector service that they will always replace when needed.

  Customer service desk here needs some improvement. I have had little to no help on the few occasions I have gone here. Products have been misplaced or shipped to wrong locations and they will often hide behind a products warranty rather than really helping the customer out.

  After continuously calling 10-15 times, a lady finally picked up. I explained my situation with my online order and the lady said she wouldn't do anything about it until it came to my house. The item hadn't even been authorized yet or shipped and when I said that i wasn't pleased with the customer service because of her attitude she hung up on me. I will never shop at this store again. Extremely rude customer service employees.

  No service. Told us they called someone to help is with a product because there was one in the store. No one came. Finally tracked someone down who looked it up on the general Best Buy website. This product was on sale yet not being advertised anywhere and no one seemed to know what we were looking for. It was 8pm on a Monday and not busy at all yet no one could help or offer any assistance. Not impressed with this place.

  The same day i went to the best buy mobile in the mall and the store manager was extremely helpful in sorting out my online order issue and was able to cancel the order and refund my money.

  I come here about once a month or so, but every boxing day. They only have good electronics, and there prices are real good. For boxing day they have deals that can not be beat. I got a real good printer and a real good 1 TB external hard drive all for 100$. If you are looking for electronics come to best buy you can not go wrong!!

  Staff have always taken time to talk to me about any questions I have had. I often ask for reviews on products or ask for product comparison and usually staff are able to provide this to me. When they were not, they took some time to look it up and share the research they found.
