  Let me start by saying This is not the name on my quote. I don't wish to be contacted and looking at the reviews below I don't want to be discredited by the owner such as they were! I went to the speedy in Waterloo to have my car looked at and received a quote when I received the quote i thought it looked high so I took it some where else, the quote they gave me was totally different. I then decided to get a third opinion and it matched the second quote. The big issue here is the quote from speedy was almost 2000.00 the quote from the other 2 shops was 600 give or take a bit. In my opinion speedy Waterloo is very dishonest and tried to scam me for money ( talking to people since then that is the reputation they seem to have). Rest be assured i will be filing with the better business bureau.

  This place is great! Every time I bring my car for repairs I feel confident that it’s getting fixed properly. Kris at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s very good at explaining problems with cars and walking you through the steps needed in order to fix them. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the parts being used and breaks down the cost of the job very well. Most car places are very quick and rude, but at speedy I feel happy I’m taking my car there. Thank you Kris for all your help and excellent customer service!

  This Speedy location was extremely efficient, professional and honest when it came to repairing my car. It is apparent the guys working there eat, breathe and sleep, cars. Kris explained the repairs required, showed me a diagram of my exhaust and brought me out into the shop to show me where the exhaust system was leaking. I really appreciate being brought into the shop and given a show and tell. He then gave me a very reasonable quote and had the work done in just over an hour. Thank you Kristopher for the excellent service, my car is running and sounding great!

  So clean, modern and the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They take the time to explain problems and make sure you understand what is being repaired. Very professional.
