  Edit to add: When I first brought one of my cars here, they immediately noticed a ticking coming from the engine. I had brought my car to Kitchener Nissan previously and they never noticed the ticking sound in the 7 years I visited their facility. I had noticed the sound too, but thought it was normal because the techs at Nissan never voiced a concern.
