  Same girl also informed my boyfriend that he didn’t have insurance on the rental and charged him $271. We were an insurance claim, your insurance is transferrable so watch for them providing misleading information. We were told we would receive a reimbursement Within 48 hours. It’s been over 48 business hours and no reimbursement yet. Looks like we will need to be calling again.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Brock at the Weber st location really helped me out when I was having difficulty getting things organized to rent my vehicle. Extremely patient and helpful. Thank you!

  Service was great. Drove a VW Tiguan. Wouldn't do that again. Loss of a star because the tire pressure sensor was on as soon as a drove it off the lot. I would expect them to ensure their cars are in top condition before a customer rented them.

  You are meant to be given a vehicle based on the value of your vehicle. My boyfriend’s $70k truck was being worked on and we were given a Chevy Spark. Enterprise was informed almost a week ahead of time that we would be coming in for a rental. It was very difficult trying to get a vehicle on par to what he drives. We never actually did. We settled for a Murano, as that at least had 4WD. The girl at the desk when I called inquiring why were we given a spark told me she is too busy and will eventually look into the matter.

  I drive 96km one way each day to work. You don't realize the luxury of your car until it breaks down. They definitely understand what I was feeling and going through. Brittany at the Burlington location was very calming as she arranged for my rental to be picked up in Waterloo and did her best to get me a great rate for the 3 weeks I needed the car. The experience picking up the car in Waterloo was hassle free and very friendly. The car was immaculate, clean and ready when I arrived. Both locations took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and left me with peace of mind. I would recommend these locations and Enterprise for their amazing customer service.
