  I used to be a dedicated customer of the Kitchener location, but the Waterloo Kia has proven to be just as professional, courteous and responsible, but with the added bonus of being closer to home (for me). They are pretty good for last minute appointment requests, and are diligent in reminding their customers when they are due for a check up (a huge bonus for a young single working person like myself, who has a harder time keeping track of those things).

  Had a great experience buying a used car from Bryan and Tyler. Great guys, great dealership. They even drove to Windsor to pick up a car, just so that I got a good deal.

  We bought our first new car at Waterloo Kia,and were very surprised as to how relaxed and easy the whole experience was. We met with Bryan to decide on the exact model to suit our needs (went with the soul and love it) he went over pricing and options without any pressure and then we met with Ryan to go over all the financing details again without any uncomfortable moments. Finally Collin located the car we wanted even though it was difficult to find. We were so happy with the patience this team had in dealing with ALL of our requests ... we have and will recommend Waterloo Kia to friends and colleagues. I also have to mention the friendly receptionist as well.. sorry I don't remember her name.. was also pleasant helpful. We look forward to seeing them again when we do our regular maintenance.
