  I rarely say this but I doubt I'd return. The cake and coffee were delightful but the service (aside from the gentleman that greeted us at the door) and cleanliness left me far from satisfied.

  Went there for a mid week lunch with a largish group. The service was passable, ambiance and cleanliness were good. No refills offered on beverages. A little pricey for the portions and style of food. I also found that my options for a vegan meal were a little limited, but the server was good about asking the kitchen about specific ingredients. Didn't love it, but didn't hate it either.

  Last visit, we were a party of 10 and the restaurant was half empty. Waited 20 minutes to be seated and only got a table after asking if we could seat ourselves at one of the nearby big empty tables. Waited at the table literally an hour with no one even asking to take drink orders. The servers did have time to stand around and openly complain about us within earshot of the table. We were a polite, friendly, well dressed party but apparently our lack of desire to wait indefinitely in the entrance to the restaurant was reason enough to completely ignore is. We ended up going to Proof at the Delta and they were happy to have our business (and they also have some incredible drinks).

  I went here on a Sunday for the 2 for 1 cake. I was on a date with a girl (I am female as well) and our service was decent until the waitress seemed to realize it was a date. I would hate to say that this is the reason for the terrible service but from what I could tell that was the situation. It wasn’t until the girl I was with and I held hands at the table that the server stopped checking on us. We then sat in the restaurant for 45mins, food finished, with our waitress cleaning tables in another end of the restaurant, still not offering to bring the bill. We had to get up to ask a different waitress for our bill which still took at least 20 mins. I’ve been to this restaurant many times on Sundays and service has never been a problem. The staff was unprofessional and did not apologize for the fact that we’d been waiting for so long. I will not be going back.

  Great place to grab food, drinks, dessert or anything in between. They have a large menu and a wide selection of desserts including their "cake bar" which has several changing options.
