  This place is nice. Staff is really friendly. I was offered some nice chamomile tea upon arrival. My stylist was Brooke and she gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. Lovely place to be.

  To start off, I would like to mention that prior to Voila salon I had been trying out different hair salons in Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph, with little luck. About a year ago I went to Voila salon uptown Waterloo for the first time. My experience there was wonderful from the start, and I have been coming back ever since.

  Great experience. I was welcomed at the door where my coat was hung, offered coffee or tea then seated. Kira was my stylist, I had a consultation, foil highlights and cut. Nice express hand massage by their esthetician while getting my haircut. Kira exceeded what I thought could be done in one visit based on condition and style of my hair. It was very relaxing, I was not left too long, also never felt rushed. My husband also loves my new style. Thanks Kira I'll see you again soon

  I come to Voila Uptown all the way from Brampton specifically for Lisa. She is AMAZING. Lisa is great at listening to what you want and gives great suggestions when your not so sure what your new look should be. She is easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience super comfortable. Oh and her head massage while she is washing your hair is out of this world. 100% recommend Lisa and Voila!

  However, the main reason I keep coming back here is my stylist Sarah, who is absolutely the best. She has amazing skills, is very attentive to my needs and her professional opinion is always on point. I loved every single haircut she has given me. I haven't worked with any of the other stylists at the salon but observing their work with other customers I believe that they are highly skilled as well.

  The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They always make sure to greet the customers entering the salon and offer a beverage (which are seasonal and always tasty!). I also really enjoy the complimentary hand massage that is offered while I am getting my haircut, it just takes the whole experience to a new level.
