  If you have long hair stay away from this place! I definitely needed a good cut and agreed to 3 to 4 inches being cut off. In reality she cut off 8 inches!!! my hair has never been this short and I can barely even make a ponytail. Aside from length the cut is pathetic she barely even put any layers in when that's the whole reason why I came. A cut with layers is one of the most basic women's haircuts out there and they couldn't even get that right.

  GARBAGE SERVICE - I booked my appointment in advance and requested someone good that can serve a wheelchair user comfortably. They said 'OK' but in a way like they had no idea what I was talking about. Immediate red flag but I kept the appointment. When I got there the only hairdresser available talked to my friend, not me, because I use a wheelchair. She also was too short to reach my head. So, I had to wait. Second hairdresser arrives. She's just as short and she also thinks I'm a low intelligence deaf mute because she will not talk or listen to me. Why I didn't just leave? I don't know. The haircut starts and she refuses to do what I ask. She can't reach my head well. Just a brutal cut. I told the lady at the front desk how disappointed I was. She made me pay and said "it was ok" Even she didn't believe the BS she was spewing. NEVER AGAIN will this ableist salon get a nickel from me.

  Celine is amazing! First place I've had my hair done where I didn't have any stress. I get compliments from strangers all the time on my Balyage. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

  I had the worst haircut I have ever had here. I told the lady to NOT cut the top and she cut it incredibly short!!! And she left one patch on the side of my head long! I urge you to never come here unless you wanna your hair to look like the 80s. If I could I would rate this place -5 stars.
