  tried to open a premier bank account (no credit application) with a lady that does not understand or speak english, misunderstood our conversation and twisted it into a completely different thing, if you do try and open an account at this branch please do not ask any questions because they will be twisted and turned into something completely different..... if you have any questions about their banking call the 1800 number instead. I would expect the would be "HSBC Premier Relationship Manager" to be at least fluent in English and understand that people ask questions....

  This office doesn't return calls I was trying to get my payout on a Mortgage and had to drive downtown ( construction fun ) and then they were going to send the documents over to my email That was 2 weeks ago. Thanks for your help ! NOT
